Circulation Section
Circulation Section houses books of various subject areas that may be loaned by students and faculty. Majority of the books found in this section are about Social Sciences, Pure and Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Technology and Engineering.
Loan Policies
Loan-out
- A maximum of 3 General Circulation books may be checked out at a time.
- Checked-out books are good for 1 week
Renewal
- General Circulation books are renewable for another 1 week, except those with hold request
- Renewal may be done thru Counter transactions. Bring the book/s when renewing at the Circulation counter.
Hold Request
- Bona fide students, faculty and non-teaching employees of the MHSS, may place a hold to either currently checked-out or available books. The requester will be notified as soon as the book is available for pick-up. For a quick how-to, visit the Librarian’s counter.
